Professional, courteous, and thorough characterize Annette as she strives to deliver safe, healthy, and enjoyable swimming to everyone.  Having over 20 years of customer service and sales experience, Annette seeks first to understand and then to assist each customer to tailor a cleaning regimen that reflects their needs for service and scheduling that meets or exceeds each customer’s expectations. Annette is the “voice” a customer will hear when discussing any matter involving new or existing cleaning services.   If Annette doesn’t have the rare, immediate answer, she will find out and report back to the customer right away!
